91制片厂 has been awarded a five-year $3,159,044 grant from the New York State Department of Education to support its Arthur O. Eve Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP). It is the largest HEOP grant the College has ever received.

Coaching wasn鈥檛 the career path any of these alumni envisioned as undergraduates. Yet, they are now indeed coaches 鈥� college coaches 鈥� who along with other former Continental student-athletes are teaching and inspiring young people throughout the country.

Quinn Brown 鈥�24 carved a distinct path for himself at Hamilton 鈥� from outdoor leadership positions to a deep dedication to his educational experiences. His contributions to campus did not go unnoticed. The faculty selected him as winner of this year鈥檚 James Soper Merrill Prize, awarded to the senior 鈥渨ho, in character and influence, has typified the highest ideals of the College.鈥�

National and regional news organizations regularly interview Hamilton faculty, staff, alumni, and students for their expertise and perspectives on current events, and to feature programs and activities on campus. May鈥檚 news topics included varied subjects from twin co-valedictorians to communism to the consumer price index.

As David Wippman prepares to retire and leave his office in Buttrick Hall this June, he sat down once again with Debraggio to reflect on his time at the College.

Bronx native Rogelio Ramirez Pacheco 鈥�27 gives new meaning to 鈥渨alking a mile in his shoes鈥� with the release of the Air Jordan I Mid Subway 鈥� a special Nike shoe designed by the 91制片厂 first-year and a fellow New York student.

The 2023-24 academic year wrapped up with the awarding of national fellowships and scholarships, conference presentations, and a Phi Beta Kappa election of 22 seniors.
