The class features a warm up followed by 30 minutes of interval training involving bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, kettlebells, and various other equipment. The class is structured to cater to anyone, no matter what your age, body type or level of experience is. Reserve your bike! Cruise over the hump day of the week! Work with the basics of indoor cycling while building strength and endurance. We will review proper bike setup, correct form and posture, and learn the basic cycling moves. The class will be 30-40 minutes of cycling with additional pre and post-workout stretching. The total class time will be about 45 minutes. This class is open to everyone, especially those new to spinning. Please bring a water bottle and a hand towel. Instructor: Aileen Basile
