Florencia Duhart is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist from Patagonia, Argentina, working internationally with a focus on metabolic and women’s health, stress and nutrition, body composition, aesthetic nutrition, and healthy ageing & longevity.
Her practice embraces the interconnected nature of health, integrating nutrition with metabolism, movement, sleep, stress management and lifestyle. She works closely and collaboratively with a broad network of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, dermatologists and gastroenterologists, bringing a genuinely multidisciplinary perspective to holistic wellbeing.
Beyond her private practice, Florencia is actively involved in health education and communication, participating in streaming programs and giving talks and educational sessions throughout her travels, with the aim of making holistic health and contemporary nutritional science accessible to wider audiences.
Since graduating from CSNN, she has continued her education through Harvard University, with upcoming studies at Oxford.
Based on a small farm in Patagonia, where she grows some of her own food, Florencia embodies many of the principles she teaches through training, yoga, meditation and a close relationship with nature. She works across cultures and languages, speaking Spanish and English, alongside Italian, French and Portuguese.
I chose CSNN because I was searching for an education that would allow me to understand health beyond nutrition alone. I wanted intellectual depth and scientific rigor, but also a program that recognized the intricate relationship between the body, mind, lifestyle and environment.
CSNN offered precisely that breadth of perspective. The program was demanding and remarkably comprehensive, yet I felt genuinely supported, encouraged and inspired throughout my studies. It ultimately gave me more than knowledge; it cultivated the discernment, curiosity and holistic perspective that continue to shape both my professional practice and the way I live today.
