Sexual Misconduct Policy
Hamilton seeks to provide an environment in which students, faculty, staff, and guests can work, study, and enjoy the College community without experiencing Sexual Misconduct.
Harassment & Discrimination Policy
Hamilton prohibits harassment and discrimination on the basis of race, gender, sexuality, ethnicity, age, veteran status, or any other characteristics protected by law, in its programs and activities.

Director of Title IX & Civil Rights Compliance
Debbie Owens serves as the College鈥檚 Director of Title IX & Civil Rights Compliance. She oversees the College鈥檚 Harassment and Discrimination Policy and Harassment and Sexual Misconduct Policy. Debbie coordinates the activities of the Harassment and Sex-Based Discrimination Board.
