The Heat Is On!

Summer, my favorite season!

In as much as I love the cool weather of Baguio City, I really love and welcome the heat that the Summer season brings. And because I live in a city atop a mountain, the heat is not overwhelming. It’s hot enough to wear short shorts, a sleeveless shirt and flip flops but not hot enough to make you sweat like a pig, so yeah, that’s my kind of weather. B-)

So while others are looking forward to cool their skin in their pools, people from my side of the country still look online for heaters to heat their pool water or go to hot spring resorts this summer, because even though temperatures in Baguio rise a wee tiny bit, water remains to be super cold.

You can get rheem heat pump from poolsupplyunlimited.com, if you’re one of those people who are scouting for new heater pumps, yeah, I’m helpful like that. :P

I want to go to the beach this summer, and this time, preferably with the kids, I’ve been to the beach twice with B already, but we were there for a sort of “business” trip and we left the kids with my grandma, and although I did feel the sand in between my toes, it felt so damn good, we weren’t able to go swimming and I didn’t get to work on my tan, so we’re definitely going back with the kids in tow soon. Lucas has never been to the beach, so I know he’ll love it.

Got any travel plans for this summer? Do share! :)

About

I am a freelance writer who blogs to my heart's content when I have no articles to ghost write for other people.

I love what I do because I can stay at home and take care of my kids and my husband while I earn some money so I can buy stuff my kids want, eat out every Sunday night, go out for coffee with my friends, pay for my credit card and internet and pamper myself in the salon to keep my husband attracted to me. LOL. :D

I am who I am. I am not perfect nor I try to be, I have grown comfortable in my own skin and I love myself. I have accepted the fact that I can't please everybody, so I don't strain myself to even bother. What matters is that my friends and family know me and accept me for who I am, warts and all. :)
